    i haven't tried it but it sounds like something worth trying.

    for someone like me with attention and focus issues (on top of everything else, lol) just remembering the three words could come in really handy throughout the day.

    I have not, but it sounds very similar to DBT and DBT has been unbelievably helpful for me.
    I think ACT sounds like it is worth a shot. I respond well to most types of cognitive behavior therapy anyway.
