    Unmotivated at home

    Wasting a lot of time being 'bored', unmotivated and spending too much time on the internet instead of doing other productive activities. Doing what needs to be done seems impossible to me.

    Forcing myself to eat/ shower quickly and get dressed, sometimes motivates me to get something done. It might be part of your depression. You should talk to your doctor about this.
