Can anxiety disorders be mistaken for a comorbid disorder?

Not having an anxiety disorder but having the side disorder with side affects of anxiety? How often would this be mistaken? How can you tell the difference between being anxious with a mental disorder, and having an anxiety disorder with a side disorder?

I think it would be best to ask a doctor about this. I think they'd know best.

It may be possible to give general specifics in answer to this but if I you are concerned I recommend speaking to your doctor about this asap
