Probably coming out as being gay.
Probably coming out as being gay.
After been in a house for ten years I actually went from Ireland to Scotland. I knew in order to make it work, I had to do it by myself. Nobody there with me. Trains, ferry and more trains got me there. Happy that I was able to do this. Showed me what I could do. Then I made the choice to come back home to Ireland. ( Not exactly a life decision ) Think the life decision was going back outside of my house. Not easy at all. As much as Scotland didn't work out, it changed my life in a lot of ways. No longer housebound. Out and about once again.

Hence it was worth it come the end of the day.

Thank you. And reading your own one, are you glad you came out as been gay? I am sure people were fine with it. Was it as you expected? Or did you expect something bad?

Marrying my ex husband OMG
I STILL have nightmares about what he put me through!
Probably moving back home after working overseas. The decision to work overseas wasn't that hard because my life was already a bit unstable - I had just graduated from college and was trying to figure out what to do with my life. Coming home was much harder because I had gotten comfortable and didn't want to risk screwing everything up. Still, working overseas wasn't viable long-term. I'm glad I did it, especially since it allowed me to get my cat!

Couple of contenders. Possibly drinking jurema the second day in a row, while the first experience had amplified my existential depression to unimaginable proportions.
