They like to make this big deal about how they support good mental health and have good mental health coverage, but the only thing they offer is 1 covered therapy session per year and a hotline for when you are over stressed or something. I don?t know how they can say that is good coverage. I am talking about the health insurance of course. The problem is that therapy is so expensive if you have to pay out of pocket so I can?t afford to go unless I have insurance covering it. I?d like to tell HR about this issue but it hen they?d know I want to use the therapy which I don?t want them to know.
