I am dealing with a lot of fatigue and loss of appetite from Long Covid. This means that I often forget to eat (it?s after 5pm and I so far, have shared two babybel cheeses with Arti my cat today), and when I *am*hungry, I don?t often have a lot of spoons to cook. Moreover, important things like veggies sometimes are ignored in lieu of quickly and easy. Today I added two cups of spinach and kale to my easy ramen with just a shake (they also have one with cauliflower and mushrooms). I am doing what it takes to feed myself AND get some nutrients, without causing myself post exertional malaise, so I would consider this a win!
