    I've eaten medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done. I think medium well is probably the tastiest. But I always ask for well done, because they often don't leave it for long enough and end up serving it medium well anyway. Rare is gross.

    Interesting, whenever I ask for how it's cooked I ask for one below since they ALWAYS overcook it. For example I order medium rare and get the medium I wanted. Never experienced it the other way around. Damn Melbournians, tsk tsk.

    I get this too, but they tend to do it right in nicer restaurants. And it's the other way round in France, which is one of the many reasons I love the place.
