    I don't know how to handle myself.

    Lately, I've been feeling more and more depressed and anxious at times. I recently had a car accident and now I feel like every time I get into a car, I'm just going to have another wreck. I've been told I should visit a doctor and potentially be put on medication, but I've also heard that can make your anxiety worse. Also, I feel like I'm just making up my anxiety but then that makes me even more anxious. Haha.

    Remind yourself that car accidents do happen, and as long as you drive safely they will be less likely to occur. Your thoughts right now aren't completely rational, remind yourself that they aren't before getting behind the wheel. Drive slower if you have to in order to feel more comfortable.
