Missing my AxS friends! Been working a lot since December - I got a job as a receptionist in a hotel in Chamonix. I'm quite happy about this job and it feels good to have an income again!
I just finished one of the worst nights of sleep I've had in a long time. Half hour to an hour of sleep and then I was awake.
Despite all of the terrible [BEEP] I had in my mind last night after failing to talk to the girl I like, today I've been able to tell myself that everything will be okay and I've been feeling alright. If she really does like me as well, it'll be mendable and we'll laugh it off the next time I get to see her. I think I will need to stop drinking and maybe start on a low dose of something for the anxiety though.

Frustrated, angry, and like my mother not only invalidates everything I try to express to her, but also turns almost everything I say against me and makes me feel guilty and ashamed for feeling the way that I do.
I just had a little mini-neverous breakdown. Yelling, hyperventilating, kicking inanimate objects—no crying, though...no matter how much I want to cry I'm rarely able to produce more than a couple of tears, if even that much. Is it so much to ask to just want to fucking cry like a baby on occasion?
I usually feel that way, but now more than ever.
