Does anyone else have this problem?

So I have anxiety and depression and I find myself getting irritated at the littlest things like people reminding me of things that need doing or by simply repeating words or things. I find myself snapping abruptly and my mother calls me Jekyll and Hyde. It's just really annoying, does anyone else have thing problem and/or ways to stop it?

Yeah, I have this problem too. Not all the time though, just at certain times. It can get really bad at times. Wednesday it was pretty bad, before I ended up really depressed and suicidal and regrettying everything I'd said. I think it's a common problem with depression, this irritation thing.

How to stop it, I don't know. I'm starting treatment for various things soon, though so hopefully something will help
