These are all great ideas! Thank you for posting. If I have a limited amount of free time I like to just watch TV to shut my brain off, but I don't recommend doing that if you have loads of free time. When I have loads of free time, I like teaching myself new things (there are some really good Youtube clips where you can learn pretty much anything you want), going for walks and volunteering (you can volunteer with animals so you don't really need to talk to anyone much and you can just focus on work).

I love these two lists. Great ideas!

    Let me add..........

Watch fish - fish in ponds and acquariums are great conversationalists. They almost seem to be floating there saying "Tell me more." (They may just be saying 'feed me' but with fish, you pretty much can dominate the conversation)

    Feed the ducks and geese.

I find fish very therapeutic to watch - I would get a few myself but I live between two places and it would be too difficult.

Thanks! I'm gonna add to the list

I thought making a list would be a good idea to help people find something's to do to avoid being home all the time and feeling like out lives are boring and empty since a lot of us are lonely...

    making art

I make art and it kills loads of time. It's also good for my bad back because I do it standing and it strengthens my core. It also helps me lose weight. If you get good, it can also become a good career for someone with SA because most of the time you're alone and you can also be your own boss, for the most part.

    Great list, chieve.

Mostly I write novels, really. Or play video games. Which isn't very productive at all.

Taking to fish is extremly interesting, yes. Or cats. I ended up talking to this random cat that decided to sit next to me on a bench once, before it got bored of me and buggered off. Bit rude of it, really.
