    hi, im Fiona

... hi ... im Fiona, a friend invited me here because is good forum... and decided to create an account because ive had anxiety problems all my life.... and for the last month ive been in a very big crisis where i shake everyday and cant stop it... i am with meds and psychology and dr help ...

but besides that im usually a very happy girl and like to make new friends, even if im a grown up i still have my inner child very alive.... i love rainbows and hugs and kisses and jumping and playing. anyway in serious moments i know how to behave also

im not from the US ... my language is spanish so sorry for my grammar spelling etc...

i just hope to learn a lot here and maybe make some friends

i hope everyone have a happy day

    Hi Fiona! Welcome here.

There is definitely something to learn on this site, the shaking sounds horrible!!! Yikes.

Yah, lots of us have physical symptoms that cause us much grief.

Hi Fiona. Sounds like we share a lot of the same symptoms. I hate the shaking and feeling like my insides are vibrating, it sets off one panic attack after another for me. I have pretty much always had anxiety and panic attacks too, but was diagnosed when I was 17. I've dealt with it for a long time (well, not really dealt with it) I developed agoraphobia. I'm new on here also and am hoping to find friendships and support. Hope to see you around on here.
