    Sleepless nights

    the less sleep you get the more depressed you become. How can I get some sleep?????

    Find out the underlying cause of your insomnia and seek professional help. Do lots of physical activity during the day and get mental stimulation. Go outside in the sun for at least 15 mins each day to regulate your body clock. If all else fails, take Benadryll.
