    [Ladies]

I'm supposed to be going bowling with an old friend today, but I'm almost thinking of just canceling.
I just fee like death right now, cramps, bloating, heavy flow, and I just feel gross. What are ways to feel better? Should I even attempt to go? What makes you feel better on your "time"?

advil or tylenol and heat packs. I also heard that cutting back on caffeine is supposed to make cramps less painful, but that's more of a preventative measure.

Ibuprofen would be the best my doctor said. Things like vitiumine k and c also help with the weekeness.

Periods are a time for rest. I think of it as a woman's Sabbath. I always plan my trips, hikes, and exercises around that time of the month, so that I will not do anything during my period. It also forces me to go out during other times of the month, since I know I when I will be inactive. Good luck!

Yeah I'd just skip it and take pain killers. Doing regular exercise kind of balances things out and lessens period pain / bloating. But you have to do it regularly, most days (not just prior to your period) for it to have an effect.

Pain killers. Also tampons for heavy flow because the pads feel ugh when its heavy. Also I do crunches for any bloating in general.
