Went Clubbing for the First Time Tonight! :)

Hey there all,
Today I have made a massive accomplishment!
I actually went out, with a large group of friends from college, to a club. I danced. In public.
And it was fantastic.
Unfortunately, although I managed to gather enough courage to ask a few girls to dance, I was rejected. But I don't feel so bad about it because my friends were there for me and I really had a blast with them. Dancing with my female friends was probably more fun (not to mention less awkward) than dancing with random women I haven't met before. And less intimidating.
I got quite a lot of compliments on my dancing skills, which made me very happy since I've always loved to dance
I did get drunk afterwards though, at my buddy's place, but I made sure I got a ride back to my dorm and I should be alright in the morning
Oh well, my mom wants to meet me for lunch in dowtown Boston tomorrow... (er, today, it's 4 AM) this should be interesting She hasn't seen me hung over yet.
Sorry if I was rambling a bit, the Jack Daniels hasn't worn off completely yet.
I shall be fine.
I was just feeling proud of myself and wanted to share this accomplishment with you guys

Way to go Keddy! I remember the first time I was dragged to a night club. I only ever went a couple of times. They were enjoyable enough, I suppose. Not really my scene but it wasn't the disaster I was expecting. Anyway, what matters is you had a good time and for that I'm glad.

I think I will go again soon. I think around Valentine's Day when I'm commiserating about being single I'll go back out and hope someone dances with me this time.
