Yes it has improved significantly. My anxiety was at its worst in my teens.

    Nope.

I hope it has peaked, at least. I'd prefer not to become more of a mess than I already am. ¬_¬

Um, well for me personally it is somewhat situational. There are occasions when it's low, other times it's quite high, it's an overall stress-load I believe that contributes to it. Honestly I don't try to beat or fight it. Sigh, IDK anymore.

The depression and anxiety is really bad lately, almost as bad as it was in high school.

I was born with GAD, so over time the more I do the better it gets. I use to be too afraid to pay for anything or step outside alone. Im mostly over the debilitating parts though. My depression has gotten much worse over time though. I spend most of my time in bed now rather than being up and alert and focused on something.

It depends. Some days my anxiety can be non-existent other days it can extremely debilitating =/

My anxiety has definitely improved over the years. I've done things, although small I guess, that I couldn't imagine doing 5 years ago. There is always room for more improvement though. I hope to stay on the same course.

Yes, though my own efforts. It has not improved by itself.

No, I think it gets worse all the time. Occasionally there will be a phase where I think its getting better, but it never lasts long.

Yes in the factor as I can handle it better and have more friends, but no due to me going to be a Senior in high school in one week. I have to think about college, getting a car, a job, getting my license's, graduating, my career, etc. x.x

Mine hasn't improved over the years. Even though I am only 17 I have had anxiety since I was 6 and it has only gotten worse. Although I'm hoping that after high school it will gradually improve!

Yes, I did get better during my twenties, I graduated college worked as a reporter. No, because although it was better I realize how much I avoided doing things. Staying stuck in certain jobs, not being able to relax around others, staying home...worried Not too many friends. My friends were the type of friends who also stayed home avoiding the world. Now, in my 40s I really don't see even them too much. I still have the same worries.
