Just usually end up having nightmares that involve people in my life that I gave a [BEEP] about, but that no longer care that I exist. Gunfights, buildings blowing up, etc, have jack [BEEP] of an effect on turning dreams into nightmares. People I care about...those are the times when I wake up in sweats and feel horrible.

I can't remember the last time I've had a nightmare, really. I have pleasant dreams and often wish I could stay in them longer upon waking. Something new that's started happening is that the people in them have become fabricated in my imagination, rather than based on people in my life who actually exist.

... I think that's what makes them so pleasant.

I don't have nightmares very often and even when I do it's not usually anything I wake up panicking about. My dreams tend to be either really boring or really strange.

I have nightmares far too often. I had one a couple of days ago where I had (very graphic) back surgery and literally had needles go straight into my back (without being "under"). I mean Ive never had surgery but jesus was that dream a little too realistic for my tastes. Nightmares have become a real problem over the past year or so
