I can't do either, but I would like to learn how to ski one day. Maybe it's because I live in a place where it doesn't snow, but I find snow and related activities very attractive.

Wet. I got stranded in a massive storm one time and it left some residual nerves around extreme weather. The rain doesn't bother me, but high wind gets my hackles up.
