These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan in United State which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Any breaches of these terms may result in suspension of your access to Anxiety Space.
The parties agree to the provisions in the interpretation provisions and sensible boilerplate.
Using Anxiety Space
When using Anxiety Space, you must:
- be human,
- be above the age of 13,
- follow the Community Guidelines,
- keep your password and account secured,
- keep your account accurate and up-to-date,
- not misuse or interfere with Anxiety Space,
- not infringe any intellectual property rights,
- not do anything that is considered unlawful.
Your Content
You grant a licence to Anxiety Space to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (so that your content works and looks its best), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute the content you submit.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary rights to grant such a licence and that you are not infringing the rights of others.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
Our privacy policy explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our website. By using our website, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement as required and permitted by law.
