Where is your safe space at?

Where do you feel the less anxious at? Is there a physical place/ person? I have s couple close friends that can calm my anxiety down... and staying at my partners place, and cuddling up to him has been making me feel less anxious lately He always makes me feel a lot better. I feel thankful to have a support system Also posting on AnxietySpace I'm not sure what I'd do without this site sometimes!!

I have been rather anxious at work recently but the garden has been amazing. My safe place is my car, it is 100% mine and driving calms me.
