Not often. On occasion depression and frustration get the best of me.

every hour or so. Maybe two hours at times. Never outside the house at all.

I don't know. More than I'd admit to, less than I feel guilty for, I'd say. I feel like I'm a fundamentally honest person who learned to lie in order to hide her shame.
