I don't think I really do, but maybe I do.... Not sure what I'd class a lot of these brainwaves that go on in my head.

How often do you watch television?

Only watch things on you tube. About an hour.

How often you drink tea?

Every day. Herbal tea is my main go-to, but I still enjoy the odd regular tea. It's hard to quantify exactly how much, because I put it in a big glass bottle when I've done the cold brew process in order to drink it during the warmer months. Soon, I'll be able to have it hot and normal, which will be nice!

How often do you have weird dreams?

I like to relax and empty my head / mind. Can be done. Then you can focus.
