I'm on break from college and so far all I have managed to accomplish is getting through three seasons of Being Human on Netflix.

I need to cancel my netflix and prime subscriptions. I need to work.

Amazon is telling me that my parcel is out for delivery at 1:30AM.

Good service there Amazon. Given that the depot is about and hour a way, should be here soon. Of course I want my parcel to be delivered at two in the bloody morning.

Just had a minor allergic reaction to a guacamole mix, my lips got a little puffy. Kind of scary, thankfully everything is fine now and the swelling has gone down

Picked up some kava tea from the grocery. Very excited to try this! Hoping to find something that helps with anxiety at night. Alcohol is a dark rabbit hole that I would rather not go down

My sleep pattern is always fucked up after a holiday and I can just tell that tomorrow is going.to be hell.

I've.sort of gotten in the habit of sleeping 4-midday.

Good luck with that! Do you have trouble sleeping all the way through the night (waking up a lot)? I take melatonin and it's helped a lot with that.

Thank Illusion! I tend to have trouble staying asleep, and will wake up multiple times a night. Now does melatonin cause vivid dreams for you? Thats what keeps me a little hesitant about using it since my dreams are vivid enough and I would rather not remember them .

Sometimes they're more vivid than usual, but I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum where my dreams are boring, interesting, or just have a creepy vibe but very rarely go full-on nightmare so it's not an issue for me. I'm not sure if melatonin affects the vividness of everyone's dreams though.

I always thought it was kind of cool that leonardo dicaprio did not have an Oscar. Like everyone knows he is a really good actor and it made him different.

We had an actress here in the States who was like that with the Daytime Emmy. Her name is Susan Lucci and she was on a soap opera for practically the entire 40 year run. She was nominated 18 times, but never won. She even did a commercial making fun of the fact. She finally won......I actually happen to see the awards show (one of the few times I ever watch these things), and I remember practically being in tears when she won. :lol
