Thank u for the support, for the hugs...I have a 16 year old daughter and 14 year old boy and girl twins.
I worry about them. Not because I'm resentful of her, I really worry about her ability to be a mother to our kids.

A couple of boys came into the library with huge Frank Sinatra tattoos on their arms! I asked the if they were fans and they said yes, and told me they spent last weekend in Southern California visiting Frank's grave and showed me his headstone and grave site on their phones.

aint that the truth! its all just factory made commercialized media bullshit with no real skill or feeling behind it anymore.
I went to Target. I tried on a couple of short sleeved shirts and they were HUGE! Even the Xtra small size looked like something a pregnant woman would wear. I guess people are so fat now they have to make this stuff to sell anything!

Contemplating seeing a psychiatrist again. I'm not in a bad mind state currently, but it's more-so wanting to maintain how I'm feeling. I'm not sure if that's a bad idea that could potentially make me worse or if it'd be beneficial....
