Think I may have accidentally ended up in a vegan cafe. Or a vegetarian cafe maybe. Not sure. Only really wanted somewhere to hide from the rain. I mean they're selling mac and cheese which is probably a hint that it's not vegan.

Its cheap though. I mean it could just be that I'm used to London prices and everything here seems cheap and this is actually expensive for Wales. But it seems cheap. Also the ciabatta looks nice. May come back.

Dear Circuit Laundry,

I have only used you once and I hate you already. Congrats.

- Charging?3 for a piece of plastic that probably cost you pennies to produce that I need to use the stupid machines? Money grabbing bastards.

- And seriously, what is up with only allowing people to top up using PayPal? I bloody hate PayPal it makes everything way to complicated and always seems to trigger a fraud alert on my account and just causes my cards to be frozen.

- Why can't I just use my bloody card to pay for the damn wash, as if it actually 2017 and like every other retailer does. Seriously. Simple. Load clothes. Tap card. Payment processed. Simple. None of that idiotic PayPal stuff that nobody can use. At least can I use my card to top up at one of those machines?

- Your stupid dryer doesn't work. I am convinced it was spinning just so to fool me into thinking it was doing something after greedily swallowing up my money and not actually doing any of the work. My clothes were still wet an hour later when the damn thing was done.

- it would actually probably be cheaper for me to get a taxi up and down the hill and do my laundry in the regular laundry in town, rather than do it with you.

One of my flatmates has left a two litre bottle milk on the windowsill for over a week on the windowsill.

Needless to say the two litre bottle of milk did what two litre bottles of milk do when you leave them out the fridge, and by this afternoon, the milk was no longer milk and it had the consistency of cottage cheese.

Nobody has claimed ownership of the milk. To be honest I suspect that whoever bought it is too embarrassed to admit that they didn't realise that milk goes off when left out of the fridge. Regardless somebody decided to toss it today.

Time to get things done

My therapist told me that a great way to let go of your anger is to write letters to people you hate and then burn them.

So I did that, and now I feel much better. But do I keep the letters?

I keep having crying spells. Sobbing, tears runny nose crying spells. I’m at work and I have already had two crying spells. If I stop being busy I cry. Need to stay busy.
