I tried baking eclairs with what I thought was parchment paper. Nope, turned out to be wax paper! Even thought it was very lightly waxed, boy did it make an awful smell! I don't think anyone in the house is going to be too keen on trying my eclairs! (Hey, it's not toxic guys, I swear!)
