Vehicles should be equipped with a system that injects the driver with a lethal toxin in the event of a crash. That should motivate people to not crash or get hit. Either way it would solve the drunk drivers almost always surviving the crashes they cause problem.

These videos offer a very condensed view that would lead me to believe that Russia is filled with terrible drivers. I'll just go ahead and accept that as fact. ¬_¬

The road rage videos are pretty good too. Pretty good at teaching me that I don't ever want to go to Russia...and that suka is a mandatory last word before plowing head on into a gasoline tanker.

I've always wanted to visit Moscow or St. Petersburg, but now I'm wondering if I can still visit and just walk or take any public transportation safely.
