I totally hear ya.

There are good people out there. But the minute a full moon hits or they get flustered, boom!!! Grumble grumble grumble. Those of us who work for the public tend to get hit with everybody's bad day. I just smile and kill them with kindness. Or I say, "It sounds like you're having a rough time. Let me make it better." Gets them every time.
