I'm new here. My name's Cal. I'm 24, female, and I have GAD with an extra heaping of social anxiety. I have a difficult time starting and maintaining friendships so I'm hoping to meet some people who might "get" me and receive/provide support. Music is my relief. I mainly play guitar and sing, although not well. My dog helps, too.
Hi Cal! Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you'll find that a lot of people here struggle with the same issues. We also have a lot of guitar players, so you're in good company. I can play a note nor sing, but we have some awesome musicians here. I have 4 cats and they help calm me also.
