@Lunaire Friend of mine is Lebanese. Was visiting this weekend, had all the food. Good food from Lebanon. Have made them before though. Is something called Za'atar on top. Has some sort of seed in it, not sure what sort. Is easy enough to make. Flatbread, mix the za'atar with olive oil, spread on top. Image is just from google.
