Ok so it's not a full-blown panic attack but it's pretty horrific. I'm shaking as I type and my cheeks have pins and needles cause I've been hyperventillating all day. I must have drank like 10 camomile teas to try and calm me down and yes I made sure I ate light healthy meals cause I need to keep my blood sugar levels up. I feel dizzy and irritated. Usually my panic tends to burn away into nothing but lately my attacks keep going till I'm exhausted. Plz help me.
