Hey, everyone. I found this link on Tumblr(which I'm on alllll the time) and I decided I'd check it out. My name is Cara and I'm 22 years old. I have GAD(generalized anxiety disorder) and I've been dealing with it for over 5 years. I take medication and I've seen therapists one on one, but it hasn't really helped me improve. I'm hoping I can with a place like this. It seems cool, so. If you wanna talk to me feel free. Maybe someone out there has the exact same issue I have.
