Hey, I'm Céire! I'm incredibly awkward and terrible at introductions, so please excuse that.
Anyways, I was diagnosed with anxiety last year but there was no action taken towards it. I have social anxiety, depression and ADD too. I've been dealing with a lot recently, and I have been suffering from horrible mood swings. I'm normally really good at hiding my depression, and when I feel a panic attack coming I'll easily just move out the room or distract someone. But now I'm finding it harder and harder to talk to people, I'm taking my moods out on everyone and I'm currently under a lot of pressure which means I'm not sleeping all that well. And it doesn't help that I'm in aches and pain everywhere. I just really need a place to see I'm not alone, and that maybe I can get myself to open up here. And hopefully make friends!
