Hi im cole im 24 and i have generalized anxiety and social anxiety. I am currently waiting for my job interview at 430est and im scared as crap! I really cant work a job like burger king because it hurts my back. My back i broke in a car accident. any advice suggestions on how to deal with the anxiety i am experiencing!? Thanks for reading.

I have a hard time w/ job interviews too. Sorry, I don't have any good advice. Hang in there
Got the job now i am worried about my eating disorder making it hard for me to work. Its hard to stand on my feet for long periods especially when i dont eat enough to stand that long. Idk we'll c im gonna try it and continue looking for a better job one i like

Eating disorders is not something that should be overlooked tho as it is something that can turn bad very quickly. Have you thought about seeing a therapist about it?
