Hi, I'm Millie and I'm almost 22. I've suffered from panic attacks since I was 12 and also suffer from generalized anxiety and health anxiety! Recently it's been really affecting my ability to function and so I decided to join this forum so I feel less alone

Yeah thought a forum would be a good idea as not many people I know really understand just how hard it can be!
I know people mean well but they tend to see people with anxiety as shy and expect us to just get over it. It's just not that easy to stop panic.millielaura
