Hard boiled. Usually accompanied with some rice. Also, scrambled. End of list.

It just means you flip the egg over. Easy keeps the yolk soft, medium is in-between, well cooks the yolk solid.Can someone give a comprehensive explanation of over-easy, over-medium and over-well?

i haven't had any in really long but i suddenly wanted them again so i asked my mom to get eggs last week. my brother got some but he wouldn't share because i wouldn't go down to the store for him. my mom went to the store but since we had a dozen in the house she didn't get any. i cant have the ones we have and i still didn't go to the store to get my own yet. if i ever get them i will cook them scrambled how i like them.
