    Hello everyone

    My name is Gemmy. I'm 21 but will be 22 this coming Monday. I've been suffering from anxiety since I was a child and it seems to be bothering me a lot lately. I have terrible panic attacks that come about almost randomly. I hate it and I just wish there was a way I could erase them.

    I hope I can find some help and support here because I'm not getting it from my family.
