    Hey all!

    Hey everyone, nice to be a part of a group that I can look to support for my anxiety issues. I have a full spectrum anxiety disorder, meaning they say < the doctors > I have all the disorders that are anxiety related. I hope to find good support and hope I can help others also. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
