Phone, gym, massage therapy (giving and receiving),

Associating with people, speaking on the phone, going into stores, and choice making.
Talking on the phone, having long conversations with people, going to new places, public speaking tend to be the big ones

Giving Presentations. Big one for me that I've had to start to do. I used to completely avoid them, but it's become rather unavoidable now.
Skype. For some reason I panic on video chat, even with people I know.

Talking on the phone is the hardest one for me, honestly. Videos of myself and video chatting are also kind of tough.
Talking on the phone I used to love now I don't want too but I make myself then once I am laughing I am better. Taking a shower still freaks me out but I do take one every few days . Getting the Mail from the front porch I know people can see me but I still get it.
