What Do You Do To Get Through A Day?

I start my day off by getting a little bit of energy to get on with the day. I do acupressure 3 times a day.Its free.

Apart from our health problem I have things I can do to help me get through a day.
I like to read.Love reading car books, self help books, pet books, may as well read dating books, etc. And I read car magazines too.
I shop around online for everything I need.I use social media to keep into contact with friends. The odd forum for interest and health things. I play piano.I have a keyboard set up in my lounge room.No cheap toy either. I used to collect 1970s vinyl records. Those 20 original hits/original artist compilation albums.Still got them.

I like to learn more.I like to find information that I can share with others.Acupressure is one.Anything to do with pressure points is good.Muscle testing techniques.Kinesiologists and some chiropractors do muscle testing techniques.

I had a social worker who put me on to some local volunteer groups.I have 1 volunteer visit every month.Sometimes he helps out if I need help with things.

I have 1 pen pal.Yep,the old snail mail.Nothing like writing a letter and exchanging letters.

Over to you. What do you do to get through a day?

    Hi Denv12,

I am usually on Facebook (as you know) if I am not at work working hard! I also read, I take my camera out and do some photography or just organise a trip away for a week or so... that is what I am doing at the moment!

I am going to see this amazing duo in March next year up in Brisbane - can't wait!
May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rain fall soft upon your tracks
And until, until we meet again
May God hold you safely in the palm of His hand

From a traditional Irish Traveller's Prayer, so eloquently put to music by Australia's late great of country music, Slim Dusty
