Welcome aboard!
Thank you Jerry very much!!!
I'm so sorry so many people where affected by AnxietyZone.com closing down Lets just say, we don't plan on closing AnxietySpace anytime soon. So you don't have to worry about loosing another outlet. We will always be here!
Everyone from Anxiety Zone is more than welcomed here.
I admit I am probably posting a bit less here at the moment. I am sure that will change with time. Though I was always selective on anxiety zone. Picking the posts others avoided. War. Religion. Sex. And the pointless thread. I miss my Tina and have no contact details for her at all. The oldest swinger in town. Still hoping she finds us. Doesn't just give up on the whole net thing.

So thankful for Anxiety Space!!!! I'm from AnxietyZone.com
Welcome!
Thank you very much ! Nice to meet you !
When Anxiety Zone closed down, I was one of only two active Global Moderators standing... I would have loved to have gotten to know Grey Goose (GG), but he never even shared his first name with me. In the 12-Step meetings I attend, we have a saying, "Some are sicker than others." That is not a joke... I did know that GG suffered from anxiety disorders just like I do, and I have a feeling that his were worse than mine were. AZ was built by GG, and he had every right to close it down without an explanation. I only have love and respect for him at this point, and I wish him the very best. Remember that everything comes and goes, and in the end, we really are just "dust in the wind"... Chuck
With all due respect -- members build a community. As someone that has ran administration roles professionally, that isn't how you treat a staff member. But, I do love that you put in prospective- he was dealing with a lot too. Non of us realizes how bad he was suffering. I just don't want that to take away from the fact it there might of been a possibility of it being handled differently, or the demises of peoples hurt feelings. However, I really admire your attitude towards the situation.
Hi TE... I really respect what you just wrote, and couldn't agree with you more. I guess my point here is that we shouldn't judge others, as we have no idea what they are going through. Yes, people were hurt when the site closed down, but that doesn't take away from the years and years, and thousands of people that were helped by the site, and that certainly includes me...
