Hello everyone!

I used to be on anxiety zone, like so many others, as Lost_Loki. I found this place through another website I visited, and I'm happy to see some familiar faces.

I'm a life-long sufferer with anxiety and depression, currently back in the throes of health anxiety. I hope to contribute some positive posts and information in the future as I try to sort this mess out.
