It doesn't seem like it's completely live. theres probably a 30 sec delay, since the suspects car was going straight on tv, but turning outside the window. the tv station could also get in trouble if something goes wrong - like the time somebody got out of their car and shot himself on live tv.
yeah that delay made me think it was a fake when I saw it as a gif.. but yeah... holy [BEEP]?

It's kind of random he was filming that on tv in the first place. But it's pretty amusing.
Yeah, why would he film that from the TV? Maybe this was his brother or friend and the "holy sh*t" was that he led the police back to his house. Hide the goods!!!
