I know how boring and deflating life can be with agoraphobia, had it for a year when younger and didnt leave the house, took months to start leading a normal-ish life and have had ocd for 20 years so can relate to how hard it can be.

Its a nightmare being stuck at home because of chronic fatigue that then lead to agoraphobia.I've left my premisis once.Thats when I moved out to this place 5 years ago.I live in a block of apartments (we call them flats).I can walk around but I have to watch my enegry levels.
