I can't find an image of what it would look like, but it seems like it'd be cheaper and prettier than street lights.

I think theyd be awesome. Then again, this seems like something out of a scifi movie and I cant help but thing of thoes glowing plants from Avatar. Heck, bet they wont look like that though,.
