Let's say for example that my parents live in Charlotte, NC and they use their address there for car registrations, home address for car insurance, etc. But I have an address in Chapel Hill, NC where I live in an apartment and go to school. The current address on my driver's license is the address of the house in Charlotte. The car I drive is my mom's car and the registration has her name and address in Charlotte.
When I go to renew my driver's license, should I just keep the address in Charlotte? Would it mess anything up or complicate things if I updated my address on my license to the address of my apartment in Chapel Hill?
