Soooo, I'm going to try to explain this the best I can.
I've been dealing with something a bit stressful lately. (Well, a few things). And a few of my hormones (especially my coritsol levels / the stress hormone level) and other thyroid issues are pretty high. My mind is constantly on "flight mode" when getting alerted.
I had a "trigger" today of stress. A family member gave me a bit of a lecture today off of situation. The stress from the phone call had me shaking and on the verge of tears. (This was just due to a simple disagreement). I started stumbling my words and to the point of tears coming out. I quickly apologized for the situation and got off the phone as soon a I could.
The anxiety level stayed at the very high amount of anxiousness even after the situation got resolved. and within 20 minute interventions I started to have a panic attack to the point of having hard time breathing sever dizzyness, and sweating, nausea ect. It would slowly stop being so sever however these attacks would happen every 20 minutes or so.
This has lasted for over 2 hours and due to panic attacks breaking through... I had to stop writing this twice to calm down a bit. I feel like I'm sorta going crazy and need to figure out a way to stop the panic/ calm it down a bit right now. Any idea's?
