I had a stuffed dog collection. I always took "Lightning" to bed with me.
He was definitely my favourite.
OK, guys way back in the early 1970s in elementary school my family was given this large donated trash bag of stuffed animals. There was one kind of shaped like a dog pillow not too unlike a pillow pet. This was great! I used to use it as a cushion to get the fastest ride down the sliding board at the school playground. One day my Mom burned it along with all the other stuffed animals. I was mad and very sad. Now as a grownup with kids I realize that it was most likely super filthy from the playground. Stuffed toys are horrible. They don't get played with. They lay all over the place. I have let my children know when I am pitching one of them because I remember how I felt when my Mom burned my favorite.
A Lion.
I lost it and nobody ever bothered to find it for me.
I suspect foul play.
The Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about
I had a rag doll called rossy and a duck called jim
life---> <---me
I had a cute little stuffed puppy when I was little. He was lost one time and I cried and cried until my mother had finally found him. Then I was able to sleep peacefully knowing he was alright and by my side to protect me

Stuffed bunny and I still own it. No name, just bunny.
My all time favorite wasn't initially a teddy bear he was a shelf bear with weights in his hands and paws so you could prop him upright and he'd sit up. However I kept on pulling him from the shelf over my cot and using his fluffy belly as a pillow. He's been through 6 moves from continent to continent. God knows how many tears or night sleeps with his belly as my pillow. And yes even better he'd a bear but his name is duck. Never getting rid of him

Also, I'm no longer a kid (well, I am a kid at heart, teehee), but I still have a favorite stuffed animal even at age 23 It's a bunny. Some people have seen it on AxS chat! It's adorable and cuddly I can't imagine giving it away or throwing it out It's rather sad for me to even imagine such a thing happening. I'd still like to keep it even after getting married. I'd definitely pass it on to my future kid(s) to enjoy.
Oh man... I had a lot. I collected Webkinz as a kid so I had them as well as teddy bears. I can't remember the names except for 1. My Leopard Webkinz was named Jasper. I still have them too . I passed them down to my younger sister.
