Hey all,
As far as SA goes, I've gotten a bit better... but I do experience relapses every now and then where I just get so darn anxious and fearful around certain people in certain situations. But I try to crawl out of my shell each day.
Overall, I'm dealing with general anxiety... it's a drag. I've got some serious self-esteem issues I need to work on still, and I look forward to improving bit by bit as each day goes by.
