Paranoid? Afraid someone will break in?

Yesterday, a person in a car called out my last name, turned around and followed me for about a block. I suggested my sister to keep driving, but she thought it was an old friend who moved back up and pulled up to our house *eyeroll*. The car turned around, drove back by our house, and took a picture with their cellphone. I heard the late teenaged looking male say "I got a picture!" then laugh. (I'm 19 btw)

Now I am SUPER paranoid. I've already talked with law enforcement, but since I had vague information, there isn't much they can do.
And no, I have no idea who this could have been. But now I'm scared that they are watching my house and that they'll break in. I have always had a fear of this since I was younger, but now it's worse. Help?

Sounds to me like an idiot on a power trip. Or some bully you may have known that needed power over you again. By being afraid, you give them power. You called the police, so they have record that you talked to them. If you see this guy again around your house, then call them again. They can't ignore a second time and will at least question him on what he's doing around your neighborhood.
